糖質制限だけど、ラーメン大好きなので、週に一度だけの麺食いだあ。

またまた、やってしまった。前回食べた時に、もうしばらく食べるのを休もうと思っていたけど、、また、食べたくなってしましった。
高蛋白、高糖質をやってしまった。完食だあ。まあ、のこり少ない人生だあ。食べたいものは、食べておこう。
